Gavin has been a tradesman for 37 years and a registered builder for 21 of those years. Throughout his extensive experience, he has mentored and trained many apprentices, helping them improve their skills and knowledge. His guidance has also been crucial in starting several family-run businesses. Over his years of 4 a.m. starts and 40-degree work days in the Australian heat, Gavin has collected his lessons and manipulated them into inventions for the ease of his fellow tradesmen.
