These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Barry – The Barrow Carry website and purchases made through it.

Minor variations in appearance, finish, packaging or components may occur from time to time without materially affecting the intended function of the product.
3. Vehicle and Product Compatibility
Barry is designed for use with a standard 2-inch hitch receiver.
Before purchasing or using Barry, customers are responsible for confirming that their vehicle, hitch receiver and wheelbarrow are suitable for the product and intended use.
Vehicle towing and accessory specifications vary. Customers should refer to their vehicle and hitch manufacturer's requirements where necessary.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.
4. Installation and Safe Use
Barry must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
The wheelbarrow must be correctly positioned, clamped and secured, including use of the secondary safety strap as instructed, before travelling.
Users should check Barry, its attachment points, securing components and the wheelbarrow before each journey.
Do not use Barry if any component is damaged, excessively worn, incorrectly fitted or insecure.
5. Road Rules and Vehicle Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of Barry and the transportation of their wheelbarrow complies with applicable road, vehicle and load-restraint requirements in their state, territory or country.
Depending on the vehicle and wheelbarrow configuration, the original vehicle registration plate or vehicle lights may become obscured.
Where required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for fitting an appropriate auxiliary registration plate, lighting or other equipment.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable GST, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed or advised as part of the ordering process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
7. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- An obvious pricing or description error has occurred
- Payment cannot be processed
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Improper Use
Barry should only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, failure to properly secure the product or wheelbarrow, exceeding applicable vehicle or hitch limitations, or use contrary to supplied instructions.
This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

All text, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, product designs and other content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Jagano Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Content must not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
